In early 2025, the Black Real Estate Forum, LLC (the "Forum") launched a new social impact private equity real estate fund: Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC.
Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC will raise capital from Black accredited investors: Black Medical Doctors, Black Dentists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Senior Hospital/Pharmaceutical Executives and other healthcare professionals (to invest with Black real estate entrepreneurs in commercial real estate in Black communities across the Northeastern United States: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC will utilize Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reg. D, Reg. CF, and Reg. A+ exemptions to raise investment capital.

The Forum has a pipeline of actionable opportunities, driven by its network of experienced Black real estate entrepreneurs to partner with to minimize risk, improve execution, and increase profits. Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC will invest up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) with Black real estate entrepreneurs (however, after two successful investments, the maximum investment limit will be increase to $500,000). Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC will REQUIRE its Black real estate entrepreneurs to use their investment capital to hire Black: Lawyers, real estate brokers, mortgage bankers, architects, electricians, plumbers, construction contractors, etc. The Black Real Estate Forum, LLC is an advisory firm that specializes in launching economic empowerment campaigns that "Build Wealth and Create Jobs for Black People" in Black communities in America. BDREF Emergency Personal Loan Program (up to $5,000) For Black Medical School Students, Residents and Fellows.
The Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC has established an [ Emergency Personal Loan Program ].
The BDREF Emergency Personal Loan Program (the “Program”) primary purpose is to help Black medical school students, residents and fellows (the “borrowers”) with unexpected financial difficulties (such as housing, child support, healthcare, etc.) that risk their opportunity of becoming a medical doctor or dentist.
The BDREF Emergency Personal Loan Program will provide deserving Black medical school students, residents or fellows up to a $5,000 loan.
According to the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), as of 2018, ONLY 5.0% of active physicians in the United States identified as Black or African American.
The program will offer personal loans to borrowers at an annual interest rate of 10% for up to $5,000 (two year term/unsecured).
The program will be financed [ separately from the equity investors ] of the Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC:
1 - With investment capital (debt investors).
2 - Income earned from the sale of name listings on website “Hall of Fame” (at a cost of $250 per name).
