The Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC (Fund One), Urban Real Estate Fund II, LLC (Fund Two) and Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC can provide equity capital in less than 30 days.

50% Rate of Return On Invested Capital - How We Do It:
The Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC (Fund One), Urban Real Estate Fund II, LLC (Fund Two) and Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC invests up to $100,000 per Black real estate entrepreneur (however, after two successful investments, the maximum investment limit will be increase to $500,000).
In return, the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC (Fund One), Urban Real Estate Fund II, LLC (Fund Two) and Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC requires a 50% annual rate of return on capital employed from Black real estate entrepreneurs.
In addition, the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC (Fund One), Urban Real Estate Fund II, LLC (Fund Two) and Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC requires Black real estate entrepreneurs to provide a secondary property as collateral/security to help ensure repayment of capital employed and payment of investment income.
