Financial Report 2025 (DRAFT)
BREF Fund I, LLC (now Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC) launched on April 30, 2021 as a social impact private equity real estate fund and has raised $570,000 in equity capital from 36 Black investors (20 Males/16 Females).
In addition, the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC has raised $205,000 in debt capital from BREF Debt Capital, LLC (10% annual interest rate). On December 31, 2024, Thomas Lopez-Pierre CLOSED the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC (Fund One) to new equity investors (but will continue to raise debt capital from ALL RACIAL GROUPS).

Debt Investors (All Racial Groups):
10% annual interest rate (simple interest) for those who invest $10,000 or more (3 year term/interest paid annually).

20% For Equity Investors
Equity Investors (Black Accredited Investors):
15% preferred rate of return or 50% of the profits (whichever is greater) for those who invest $10,000 or more.
20% preferred rate of return or 50% of the profits (whichever is greater) for those who invest $100,000 or more.
NOTE: The Urban Real Estate Fund II, LLC [ ONLY accepts equity capital ] from Black accredited investors (in order to protect its stated mission of Black economic empowerment: building wealth and creating jobs).
15% preferred rate of return or 50% of the profits (whichever is greater) for those who invest $10,000 or more.
20% preferred rate of return or 50% of the profits (whichever is greater) for those who invest $100,000 or more.
